Minimum Order Requirement:

All Local, Mid Range, and Extended delivery orders are subject to a minimum order value of $250. For all Greater NSW and Metropolitan Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane orders, a minimum order value of $5000 AUD applies as per our delivery policy.

Business Collection (Local Pick-Up)

A minimum order of $250 is required for all orders. Collection Location: Collect orders from: 4/46–50 Bay Rd, Taren Point NSW 2229. Collection Days: Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays). Collection Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm. Pick Up orders placed by 5:00pm (business days) require one (1) full business day handling time. Example: Order placed Monday before 5:00pm → Ready for Collection on Wednesday. All timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on order size. Orders must be confirmed prior to collection.

Local Delivery: within 65km

A minimum order of $250 is required for Local Deliveries. Sienna Desserts offers Local delivery within a 65km driving distance from our kitchen at 4/46–50 Bay Rd, Taren Point NSW 2229. Delivery Days: Tuesday to Friday (Excluding public holidays). A Delivery Levy of $6 +GST applies to all Local Orders.

Mid Range Delivery 65km to 85km:

A minimum order of $250 is required for Mid Range Deliveries. Deliveries beyond 65km and up to a maximum of 85km driving distance from our kitchen at Taren Point NSW 2229. Delivery Days: Tuesday to Friday (Excluding public holidays). A Delivery Levy of $6 +GST applies to all Mid Range Delivery Orders.

Extended Delivery 85km to 200km:

A minimum order of $250 is required for Extended Deliveries. Deliveries beyond 85km and up to a maximum of 200km driving distance from our kitchen at Taren Point NSW 2229. Delivery Days: Wednesdays only (Excluding public holidays). A Delivery Levy of $10 +GST applies to all Extended Delivery Orders.

Greater & Regional NSW Delivery For large orders:

A minimum order of $5000 is required for Greater NSW and Regional Deliveries beyond 200km driving distance from our kitchen. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, order size, and product requirements. A Delivery Levy of $350 +GST per pallet applies to all Greater NSW and Regional Delivery Orders.

Metropolitan Australian Cities Delivery For large orders:

A minimum order of $5000 is required for Deliveries to Metropolitan Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, order size, and product requirements. A Delivery Levy of $350 +GST per pallet applies to all Metropolitan city Delivery Orders. For wholesale desserts, please refer to our refund policy for more details.

Local & Mid Range Deliveries

Our delivery policy for Local and Mid Range Deliveries operates from Tuesday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). Orders placed by 5:00pm on business days require one (1) full business day handling time. For example, an order placed on Monday before 5:00pm will be delivered on Wednesday. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Extended Deliveries

Extended Deliveries operate on Wednesdays only (excluding public holidays). Orders for Extended Delivery placed by 5:00pm on business days also require one (1) full business day handling time. To receive a Wednesday delivery, orders must be placed by 5:00pm on Monday. For instance, an order placed on Monday before 5:00pm will be delivered on Wednesday, while an order placed by 5:00pm on Tuesday will be delivered the following Wednesday. Again, all delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Greater NSW & Regional Deliveries

Deliveries in Greater NSW and regional areas are coordinated based on order and location (all deliveries exclude public holidays). Our delivery policy ensures that deliveries are arranged as soon as possible following order confirmation. The recipient will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm timing, and all delivery timeframes remain estimates only.

Metropolitan Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide Deliveries

For Metropolitan Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide, deliveries are coordinated based on order and location (all deliveries exclude public holidays). Similar to our other delivery policies, deliveries are arranged promptly following order confirmation. The recipient will be contacted before delivery to confirm the timing, and all delivery timeframes are estimates only. Based on the driving distance from 4/46–50 Bay Rd, Taren Point NSW, our delivery policy is structured as follows: 

Local Delivery (0–65km) is available across greater Sydney, including the CBD, Inner Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Western Sydney, St George, Sutherland Shire, and surrounding areas. 

For Mid Range Delivery (65–85km driving distance), we extend our services across metropolitan and surrounding regions, including the Hills District, Hawkesbury, Lower Blue Mountains, South West Sydney, and Illawarra fringe. 

Our Extended Delivery (85–200km driving distance) covers regional NSW, reaching areas such as the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, and some South Coast locations. 

For Greater NSW & Regional Delivery (over 200km driving distance), we cater to regional and remote NSW, including regions like Northern Rivers, New England, Central West, Riverina, Snowy Mountains, and South Coast.

We offer Metropolitan Melbourne Delivery within Melbourne City Regions, which includes the Melbourne CBD & Corporate Districts, Inner City, Northern & Western Suburbs, Eastern & South Eastern Suburbs, as well as Bayside, Mornington Peninsula & South East Growth Areas. 

Our Metropolitan Brisbane Delivery encompasses Brisbane City Regions, including the Brisbane CBD & Corporate Districts, Inner City, Northside & Moreton Bay regions, Southside, Logan & Redlands, and Western Suburbs & Ipswich metro areas. 

Lastly, for Metropolitan Adelaide Delivery, we service Adelaide City Regions, including Adelaide CBD & Corporate Districts, Inner City, North Adelaide & Western Suburbs, Eastern, Southern & Northern Suburbs, as well as Adelaide Hills, Gawler & Mount Barker regions. 

Please note that our refund policy applies to all deliveries, and we also provide wholesale desserts to meet your needs.

Delivery Conditions

Customers must provide accurate delivery details at the time of ordering to comply with our delivery policy. Delivery timeframes may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational factors, and Sienna Desserts is not liable for delays outside of reasonable control. If unattended delivery is required, authority to leave must be specified. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Order Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer. Appropriate storage is required to maintain product quality, in accordance with our refund policy for any issues related to product integrity. For those interested in larger quantities, we also offer wholesale desserts with specific delivery conditions.

We recommend placing large, corporate, or event orders in advance to ensure availability and scheduling, in line with our delivery policy. This is particularly important for wholesale desserts, as it allows us to manage orders effectively and uphold our refund policy.

All prices listed on the Sienna Desserts website are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. A 10% GST will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Australian taxation requirements. Please also review our delivery policy and refund policy for more information regarding your orders. The final total, including GST, will be clearly displayed prior to payment confirmation, ensuring transparency whether you are purchasing our retail or wholesale desserts.
