• $250 minimum applies to all local, mid-range and extended delivery orders, as well as local pick-up

Yes — business collection is available from our Taren Point kitchen.

• Collection Location: 4/46–50 Bay Rd, Taren Point NSW
• Collection Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
• Collection Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Orders placed by 5:00pm (business days) require 1 full business day handling time Example: Order Monday → Ready Wednesday

 We deliver across multiple regions based on distance:

• Local (0–65km): Greater Sydney metro 
• Mid-Range (65–85km): Extended Sydney & surrounding regions 
• Extended (85–200km): Regional NSW (Central Coast, Newcastle, Blue Mountains, South Coast) 
• Greater NSW (200km+): Regional and remote NSW 
• Interstate Metropolitan Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide

• We deliver up to 200km driving distance from our Taren Point location for standard orders. See more Delivery Zones & Coverage 
• We also offer Interstate delivery for qualifying large orders.

• Local & Mid-Range: Tuesday to Friday 
• Extended (85–200km): Wednesdays only 
• Greater NSW & Interstate: Scheduled as required 
• All deliveries exclude public holidays

No - deliveries are currently available Tuesday to Friday only (Except Public Holidays) 

Local and Mid Range Deliveries:

• Orders are Delivered from Tuesday - Friday (Excluding public holidays)
• All Orders require 1 full business day handling time 
• Orders placed by 5:00pm (business days) are delivered two business days later 
• Example: Order Monday → Delivered Wednesday

Extended Delivery (Wednesdays only):

• Order by Monday 5:00pm → Delivered Wednesday 
• Order by Tuesday 5:00pm → Delivered the following Wednesday
• Excludes public holidays

Greater NSW and interstate Delivery:  

• Deliveries are coordinated based on order size and location.
• The recipient will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm timing. 

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

• Local Delivery: $6 + GST 
• Mid-Range Delivery: $10 + GST 
• Extended Delivery: $10 + GST 
• Greater NSW & Interstate: $350 + GST per pallet 
• Delivery levies are based on location, distance, and order size.

Yes — we strongly recommend placing event, corporate, or large orders early to ensure availability and smooth delivery. 

No, all prices are displayed exclusive of GST. A 10% GST is applied at checkout, and your final total will include this amount before you complete your purchase.

Yes — someone must be available to receive the order.

• If you require authority to leave, this must be specified in your Delivery instructions / notes or at the time of ordering.

How should I store my desserts?  

• For best quality and freshness, we recommend storing all desserts in a refrigerated environment unless otherwise specified.
• Desserts should be kept sealed and stored in a cool, stable temperature to maintain texture and flavour.

Yes — most of our desserts are suitable for freezing. Freezing is ideal for:

• Bulk orders 
• Event preparation 
• Extended storage 

When stored correctly, products can be frozen for up to 6 months without compromising quality.

All Sienna Desserts products have the following shelf life guidelines:

• Refrigerated: 5 to 7 days 
• Frozen: Up to 6 months 

For optimal taste and presentation, we recommend consuming products within the refrigerated timeframe where possible.

Yes — macarons have an extended freezer life.

• Frozen macarons: Up to 12 months 

This makes them perfect for long-term storage and advance ordering.

We recommend transferring products from the freezer to the refrigerator and allowing them to thaw gradually. Avoid thawing at room temperature, as this may affect texture and quality.

When stored and thawed correctly, our desserts maintain their flavour and structure. However, for the best possible experience, we always recommend enjoying products fresh within the refrigerated shelf life where possible.

Once received, desserts should be:

• Refrigerated promptly 
• Kept sealed in their packaging or airtight containers 
• Stored away from direct sunlight or heat 

Proper storage ensures product quality, freshness, and food safety.
